  • Architected a real-time social alerts platform spanning 6 services, load-tested to ~5,000 events/sec at P95 < 500ms and designed for 10,000 concurrent active users.
  • Lead one of 4 verticals with 7–8 engineers, driving cross-team technical collaboration, design alignment and delivery.
  • Defined shared event-reliability standards including at-least-once idempotency, spam suppression and runtime-tunable thresholds.
  • Architected user-to-user following using a dual-write model delivering <50ms count reads and <200ms paginated reads.
